Creating your account

Everything starts with a free account — no card required. This walks through registration, confirming your email, and your first sign-in.

   Fill in the registration form

   At `/register`, enter your full name (optional), your email address, and a password of at least 8 characters. If the email is already on file, sign in instead.

   💡 Tip: Use a phrase you can remember — e.g. "two cousins, one summer" — rather than a single word.

   Verify your email

   You'll land on a Check your email page. Open the confirmation email and click the link — it's single-use and expires after about 24 hours. If it expires, click Resend confirmation email.

   First sign-in

   Once verified, sign in at `/login` with your email and password. You land on your dashboard — empty at first, since you have no projects yet.

   💡 Tip: Forgot your password? Use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in page to get a reset email.
