You retain full ownership of every photo, recording, document, story, and family detail you share with us. We use this material solely to produce the deliverables you ordered. We don't sell it, train models on it, or share it with third parties for advertising.

3. AI-generated content

Outputs we generate (narrative drafts, restored photos, animated portraits, audio narration) are yours. We don't fabricate facts about your family — see our accuracy protocol for how we handle uncertainty.

4. Refunds and revisions

Each service tier includes a defined number of revision rounds. Refund eligibility varies by tier and project phase — contact customer success for specifics.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Roots We Planted to depict people who haven't consented to be depicted, to clone voices without consent, or to produce content that would harm any individual living or dead. We reserve the right to decline projects that violate these principles.
